Ethan Rilly is a Toronto-born cartoonist and illustrator. His comic book series Pope Hats has received some honours, including a 2012 Doug Wright Award, 2011 Expozine Award, 2010 Joe Shuster Award, and 2008 Xeric Foundation Grant. He now lives in Montreal.
